The **Project Manager I - Consumer Experience** is responsible for overseeing multiple client projects of limited complexity. This role ensures project deliverables align with client goals, timelines, and budgets by coordinating resources, managing risks, and maintaining client relationships. The position contributes significantly to client retention and the delivery of an improved consumer experience.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope based on client objectives.
- Coordinate with content creators to deliver client-branded materials.
- Manage project activities, progress, budgets, and deadlines across multiple projects.
- Schedule and lead project meetings; prepare status reports and communicate updates.
- Maintain project documentation such as plans, scorecards, briefs, and reporting.
- Address project issues with leadership guidance; escalate unresolved risks and assist in mitigation.
- Hold clients accountable for their responsibilities and communicate potential impacts of delays.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with client partners and stakeholders.
- Use project management software to plan and track project timelines and deliverables.
- Apply knowledge of benefits and project management to support clients with low-complexity projects.
- Promote best practices and influence client adoption within the broader consumer experience framework.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, technology, or related field.
- 1-5 years of professional experience in project management or a related area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (OneNote, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Preferred certifications or experience: PMI-ACP, PMP, Client Onboarding, consulting.
- Experience in the benefits industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow is advantageous.
- Professional demeanor with strong relationship-building and urgency skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with risk recognition.
- Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- The pay range for this position is 48K to 81K per year, depending on education, experience, skills, internal equity, and market alignment.
- Eligibility to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan.
- Comprehensive benefits package available for full-time or part-time benefit-eligible positions.
