About the Opportunity
The Business Intelligence Analyst role focuses on analytics engineering, AI enablement, and reporting, crucial for generating insights that inform decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities
- Support analytics requests across multiple business areas such as Product, Sales, and Customer Success
- Explore datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities beyond predefined reports
- Contribute to and learn from the Business Intelligence team’s analytics development ecosystem
- Build and maintain data models and dashboards to support business decision-making
Requirements
- Foundational experience with SQL and data analysis
- Familiarity with data visualization tools; Power BI preferred but not required
- Curiosity about data and ability to understand underlying trends and patterns
- Ability to explore datasets and derive basic insights with guidance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to clarify business needs
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to present data and insights clearly in written or visual formats
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to data modeling concepts; experience with dbt is a plus
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses
- Exposure to Python or interest in AI-assisted tools to improve workflows (preferred, not required)
- Familiarity with the U.S. education system or edtech space
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related field including internships, academic projects, or bootcamps
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000, based on national market data and may vary by experience and location
