About the role
Growth Product Manager
RealPage is seeking a Growth Product Manager to enhance our Marketing Suite. This role involves transforming existing marketing services into a distinct product, with significant ownership over GEO, paid search, and CMS/storefront offerings for multifamily housing operators. You will play a key part in shaping our approach to AI and evolving search behaviors in the multifamily housing market.
Responsibilities
- Productize Marketing Services: Convert GEO/AEO, paid search, and reputation management from service deliverables into structured, scalable product offerings with clear tiers, outcomes, and repeatable delivery.
- Drive CMS and Storefront Innovation: Identify and prioritize high-impact improvements for CMS and ILS/storefront products, focusing on operator needs for prospect conversion.
- Own the GEO/AEO Narrative: Develop and refine the answer engine optimization story by synthesizing market signals, client needs, and our unique approach as search behavior evolves.
- Own Product Vision and Roadmap: Create and maintain the strategy and roadmap for your product area, breaking down requirements into epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Serve as PO for Scrum Teams: Oversee backlog creation and refinement, coordinate across work streams, and identify cross-product dependencies proactively.
- Bridge Product and Services: Partner closely with engineering, CS, and sales to align product development with sales and delivery.
- Inform Revenue Strategy: Identify near-term growth opportunities like migrations, upsells, and new packaging, and help the business capture them with data and a clear point of view.
- Stay Close to Customers: Lead discovery conversations, user groups, and client-facing demos, with market sensing as a core part of the job.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of growth product management experience, with demonstrated success in martech, SaaS, or digital marketing products/services.
- Experience productizing services: translating delivery-based work into structured, repeatable, packageable product lines.
- Working knowledge of SEO, paid search, CMS platforms, or digital storefront/ILS products.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a drive to organize and build.
- Strong communicator skilled in engaging with both technical and executive audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
