This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous, dynamic environments and wants to shape product direction, guide cross-functional teams, and drive meaningful commercial and customer outcomes. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to define strategy, ship high-quality solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle product work across discovery, strategy, execution, and commercialization, setting a high bar for speed, clarity, and decision quality.
- Proactively surface, validate, and size customer problems, translating insights into priorities and direction that influence the broader roadmap.
- Collaborate deeply with design and engineering to deliver high-quality solutions that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Own launch readiness end-to-end, coordinating across marketing, sales, customer success, and operations to drive successful adoption and value creation.
- Elevate product narratives by developing personas, sharpening use cases, and crafting compelling internal and external messaging that aligns teams and customers.
- Serve as a key product voice in customer conversations and go-to-market discussions, helping shape positioning, packaging, and market understanding.
- Create clarity and alignment across cross-functional teams, keeping work moving with urgency and focus across the company.
- Raise the bar for product excellence by improving product practices, mentoring others through influence, and contributing to company-wide strategic discussions.
Requirements
What you bring:
- 6+ years of product management experience in high-velocity environments (preferably B2B SaaS).
- A track record of shipping products end-to-end and driving real usage and impact.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity; you build conviction quickly and navigate 0-to-1 work well.
- Strong go-to-market instincts; you understand how positioning, pricing, and distribution shape product success.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills; you know how to extract insights and turn them into action.
- Data fluency and analytical rigor; you’re comfortable in spreadsheets and product analytics tools.
- Ability to prototype ideas using AI or design tools to move fast.
- High ownership, low ego, and strong follow-through — you set a high bar and bring others with you.
- Curiosity, speed, and adaptability — you love learning new domains and leveling up quickly.
