About the role
Paralegal
The Paralegal will support the Legal team and broader business units by assisting with the drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining a variety of agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable laws. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, licensing agreements, and other business-related documents.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, IT, HR) to ensure contracts align with business objectives and risk tolerance.
- Maintain and improve contract templates and playbooks in coordination with Legal leadership.
- Manage contract workflows and approvals using the company’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.
- Track key contract terms, obligations, and renewal dates; ensure timely follow-up and compliance.
- Support Legal and business teams in resolving contract-related issues and disputes.
- Assist in developing and delivering training to business teams on contract processes and policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification is a plus but not required.
- 3–5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in an in-house setting.
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
- Experience with CLM systems and contract databases.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
What We Offer
The Hourly pay range for this opportunity is $28.85- 38.46 per hour.
