About the role
Solutions Architect, Digital Natives
OpenAI OpCo, LLC is seeking a Solutions Architect, Digital Natives in San Francisco, CA. This role involves serving as the primary technical subject matter expert post-sale for a portfolio of customers, embedding deeply with them to design and deploy GenAI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with senior business and technical stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and validate high-value GenAI applications.
- Provide architectural guidance, build hands-on prototypes, and advise on best practices for scaling solutions in production to accelerate customer time to value.
- Maintain strong relationships with leadership and technical teams to drive adoption, expansion, and successful outcomes.
- Contribute to open-source resources and enterprise-facing technical documentation to scale best practices.
- Share learnings and collaborate with internal teams to inform product development and improve customer outcomes.
- Codify knowledge and operationalize technical success practices to help the Solutions Architecture team scale impact.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Computational Mathematics, or related field.
- Five (5) years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Data Science Consultant, Software Engineer, or related occupation.
Must-Have Experience
- Building GenAI prototypes, proofs of concept, and demos for large multinational corporations.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Github.
- Experience with AI application development: RAG, evals, multi-agent systems, orchestration, and caching.
- Deploying solutions on AWS, GCP, Azure, containers and Docker, and serverless.
- Understanding of networking basics around bastions and VPCs.
- Experience with observability tooling: Datadog and Humio.
- Knowledge of enterprise security, privacy, and compliance: SOC 2, PII handling, and DLP.
