- Thrive in an entrepreneurial, mission-driven environment where innovation and autonomy are valued.
- Bring a deep understanding of enterprise software workflow design, ideally within healthcare.
- Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences—from platform architects to clinical executives.
- Can guide both strategy and execution, aligning daily work with broader outcomes.
- Are energized by building scalable systems and driving measurable customer impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software or healthcare tech, including 3-5+ years managing technical teams.
- Background in implementation, solution architecture, or systems integration, preferably in AI or low-code environments.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and customer engagements from discovery through delivery.
- Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or automation frameworks is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of health system technologies like EHRs, CRMs, or care coordination tools is a plus.
