Job Summary
NetApp is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of the Keystone Partner Service Offerings, with a specific focus on lifecycle management and onboarding new subscriptions. This role is pivotal in driving NetApp’s strategic partner-led growth in the Storage as a Service (STaaS) market, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Product Strategy and Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the Keystone partner service offering, focusing on lifecycle management and subscription onboarding.
- Lifecycle Management: Develop and maintain a structured and authoritative service catalog for partner-based as a Service offerings that include Keystone Storage as a Service, ensuring all capabilities, service tiers, and configurable options are clearly defined and easily discoverable.
- Onboarding Process: Design and implement efficient, automated onboarding processes for new partners, new subscriptions, enhancing partner and customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Partner and Customer Experience: Lead initiatives to embed AI-driven customer and partner interactions, improving velocity, insights, and support through automation and recommendations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the partner organization, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to align product development with business objectives and market demands.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and maintain competitive advantage.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success throughout the Keystone lifecycle, driving continuous improvement.
- Strategic Keystone initiatives: Be ready to lead strategic projects and initiatives to enhance other all areas of the subscription lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of product management experience, with a focus on subscription-based services and lifecycle service programs.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex product portfolios and driving significant business growth.
- Strong understanding of the STaaS market and subscription-based business models.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with AI-driven customer experience solutions is a plus.
Compensation
The target salary range for this position is 196,350 - 292,600 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. We will provide detailed information about the specific benefits for your region during the recruitment process.
