As a Senior Product Manager at Mouser Electronics, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our digital platforms. You will drive the product strategy for new customer experiences and applications, managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and own the product strategy for new external and internal customer experiences and applications, aligning with corporate leadership and stakeholder needs.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Define product requirements documents (PRDs) based on subject matter expertise and stakeholder input.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Mouser and global e-commerce business.
- Elicit and document business needs, requirements, supporting artifacts, and agile feature acceptance criteria.
- Develop and communicate program vision and feature roadmaps.
- Partner with system architects to coordinate the delivery of enabling work.
- Ensure delivered solutions continuously add value by working with agile release trains to build product features.
- Maintain a well-groomed program feature backlog with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to setting product goals and review metrics to identify opportunities and drive success.
- Research and identify new opportunities for innovation on behalf of Mouser customers.
- Engage with users at all levels through various methods to understand their needs.
- Establish and maintain open and timely communication with all interested parties, stakeholders, and teams.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or equivalent discipline.
- 6+ years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, program analyst, or product manager.
- 6+ years of experience in e-commerce environments (B2B required).
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with agile release train/scrum teams to deliver solutions.
- Proven experience in producing documentation such as requirements documents, flowcharts, wireframes, and process diagrams.
- Experience producing documents for external partners (RFQs, SOW, Contracts) and managing onboarding, integration, and post-implementation support.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with working in and with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a collaborative style.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment, including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and teaching skills.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, adaptable to all organizational levels.
