Job Description
Lead all on-site construction activities for commercial interiors projects from mobilization through close-out.Manage subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, and short-interval planning.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, and design partners.
Enforce safety programs and maintain a clean, compliant jobsite.
Oversee inspections, punch lists, and turnover documentation.
Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain momentum.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Commercial Superintendent Should Bring- Proven experience as a Superintendent delivering commercial interiors construction projects
- Background working for a General Contractor on tenant improvement, office, healthcare, or retail interiors
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management
- Familiarity with construction technology such as Procore or similar field management software
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style
- Experience delivering projects in the Central Texas market is preferred
