Job Summary And Qualifications
As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. - Assess patient pain regularly and implement effective pain management strategies.
- Perform procedures and monitoring as ordered by medical providers.
- Document care provided in the patient medical record accurately and promptly.

- Educate patients and families about their medical condition, treatment plan, medications, and lifestyle changes to prepare them for self-management.
What Qualifications You Will Need
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) – must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention – must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) – must be obtained within 18 months of employment.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
