Executive Assistant

The Role
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and process expense reports.

- Assist with meeting preparation and presentation materials.
- Track action items and follow up on key deliverables.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
