Main Line Health HomeCare is seeking a dynamic full-time Physical Therapist to join our team and provide quality patient care within a Delaware County territory.

As a Physical Therapist, you will be a key component in helping patients regain their mobility and independence. You will provide comprehensive Home Care Physical Therapy services, including evaluations, program planning, and treatment administration. This role involves performing detailed clinical assessments, developing comprehensive plans of care based on physician referrals and physical therapy evaluations, and treating patients within the comfort of their own homes.

Position Details
- Title: Physical Therapist - Home Care
- Territory: Delaware County (Upper Darby, Lansdowne, Drexel Hill)
- Shift: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Includes weekend and holiday rotation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1 year of clinical experience or Clinical Affiliation in Home Care.
- Education: Graduate of a Physical Therapy program is required. Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
- Licensures/Certifications: Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required on hire. Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile required.
