RH Intern (H/F)
As part of the Human Resources department, you will participate in administrative HR management and contribute to the smooth running of daily HR processes. Supported by the HR Development Manager and in coordination with the entire team, you will gradually develop your autonomy in the following missions:
Your Missions
- Participate in employee administrative management: updating employee files, filing, archiving, and verifying the accuracy of HR data.
- Formalize and monitor employment contracts, as well as trial and probationary periods.
- Respond to common requests from employees and managers on administrative HR topics, with team support.
- Contribute to the drafting of HR and Payroll processes.
- Occasionally participate in other HR projects based on departmental needs.
Your Profile
- You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources and wish to gain a generalized professional experience within an HR department.
- Ideally, you have previous experience (internship, work-study, student job) in HR or administration.
