What You Will Do:
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day manufacturing of Aerospace Products. You will develop strategy, set the direction for your team, and execute daily, monthly, and annual deliverables to meet the annual plan. Within this role, you will drive improvement and develop future people leaders.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a production line order backlog and ensure on-time delivery (OTD).
- Chase material shortages and resolve issues that may impact OTD.
- Measure, communicate, and drive group performance.
- Think and act like an owner.
- Lead daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Use data-driven problem-solving to implement changes.
- Responsible for hiring, training, and motivating employees.
- Promote a team environment and develop direct reports.
- Improve business results with standards and process documentation.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience.
- Managing teams with direct and indirect labor (10 – 30 direct reports).
- Previous experience working in manufacturing or another highly regulated industry.

Physical Requirements:
Frequent use of personal computers, database and digital platforms, and other office productivity machinery. Frequently uses hands, fingers, and arms to reach, handle, touch, or feel equipment, materials, and computers. Needs to move frequently within the office. Requires frequent close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Occasionally uses steps or a ladder. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Seldom to occasionally positions self to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Salary Range:
The typical hiring range is $102,000 - $138,000 annually. Job offers within the range are based on significant job qualifications and pay equity.
