Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of specific AI agent features, from initial ideation and requirement gathering to launch and iteration
- Analyze user feedback, market trends, and product metrics to define and prioritize the product backlog
- Create detailed wireframes, user stories, and product requirement documents (PRDs) that bridge the gap between user needs and technical execution
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate that our AI agents are solving real-world career challenges effectively
Qualifications
Required
- Recent graduate or entry-level professional (0–2 years of experience) with a degree in Business, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- A strong passion for AI technology and a baseline understanding of how Large Language Models and autonomous agents function
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate 'the why' behind product decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High levels of dependability and the organizational skills necessary to manage multiple moving parts in an early-stage startup
- Must live in and be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
- Previous internship experience in product management, project management, or a startup environment
- Experience with design and prototyping tools (such as Figma or Balsamiq) and agile project management software (such as Jira or Linear)
- Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, actionable product roadmaps
