Manager, Revenue Accounting

This role offers the opportunity to play a hands-on part in revenue accounting and gross-to-net operations during an important commercial launch phase. You will help establish and continuously improve processes that support accurate revenue recognition, forecasting, reporting, and financial controls. The position combines technical accounting expertise with data-driven analysis and close collaboration across Finance, Commercial, Market Access, Analytics, Supply Chain, and external partners. You will contribute to monthly and quarterly close activities while helping strengthen forecasting models, documentation, and internal controls. The role also provides an opportunity to leverage approved AI tools and automation to make accounting processes more efficient and scalable.
