Senior Community Lifecycle Manager

As a Senior Community Lifecycle Manager, you will design and operate programs that educate, engage, and reactivate community moderators throughout the lifecycle of their communities. You will own the channels, systems, and campaign operations that turn audience strategy and messaging into scalable experiences across email, push notifications, and on-platform communications. This is a hands-on individual contributor role combining lifecycle marketing, marketing technology, data, experimentation, and campaign execution. You will strengthen the technical foundation behind community communications while developing new ways to reach and support moderators at scale. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and lifecycle strategy teams, you will use insights and experimentation to improve engagement and community growth.
