About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join a fast-growing organization in a role that combines product thinking with operational execution. Key Responsibilities
- Map, analyze, and define business process needs and gaps across departments, including deep learning of existing workflows and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Design optimized workflows and operational solutions, including researching products, technologies, and industry best practices to address organizational challenges.
- Plan and manage implementation projects for approved solutions, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders including purchasing, logistics, marketing, and more.
- Provide data analysis and operational insights by collecting, processing, and analyzing operational data to support decision-making and process improvement.
- Document and support implementation of new workflows and ensure knowledge accessibility across the organization.
Requirements
- Strong self-learning capabilities with a proven ability to quickly learn new domains, technologies, and work methodologies independently.
- Experience working with technological systems, management platforms, or complex digital tools.
- Strong project and task management skills with the ability to manage end-to-end processes across multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Previous experience working closely with development teams, including technical understanding and the ability to define product and technical requirements.
- High Gen AI literacy, including hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and analyze information.
- Strong analytical and data-oriented mindset with the ability to derive insights and connect data to business decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to drive adoption of new processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing technology-related projects.
- Familiarity with project and task management platforms such as Monday and Asana.
- Hands-on approach with willingness to perform practical system configurations, build simple automations, and solve operational challenges in real time.
