Clinical Coordinator Registered Nurse Dialysis
The Charge Nurse supports patient care by supervising staff, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining safety and quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provides guidance, feedback, and participates in staffing, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensures adherence to regulatory, safety, and procedural standards.
- Assesses patient needs, oversees dialysis treatments, and responds to emergencies.
- Trains and mentors staff, promotes safety, and maintains documentation.
- Collaborates with the care team to develop care plans and educate patients and families.
- Manages shift operations, supervises equipment, and supports quality assurance activities.
Qualifications:
- Requires RN licensure.
