Product Manager – AI Solutions Program
Hashlist is seeking a Product Manager – AI Solutions Program to bridge AI technology and large-scale engineering. This role involves identifying, prioritizing, and delivering AI-based solutions within a global product development organization for a major OEM.

Responsibilities
- Research problems and opportunities across the product development organization where AI could add value.
- Receive, document, and prioritize requests for AI-based solutions across a portfolio of domains.
- Capture prioritized projects into structured Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), including problem statements, success metrics, personas, use cases, and non-functional requirements.
- Lead a cross-functional team consisting of a Solution Architect and a Project Manager.
- Start up projects by engaging relevant stakeholders and contributing teams.
- Manage and be accountable for a portfolio of AI projects spanning multiple related domains.
- Act as the primary representative of the portfolio to the Program Director, communicating progress and escalating issues.
- Contribute to team strategy, planning, and process improvement.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a product management or similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects end-to-end.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to diverse audiences.
- Ability to translate vague requirements into measurable success metrics.
- Ability to understand complex technical systems at a high level.
- Functional understanding of AI/ML and software engineering concepts.
- Bonus: hands-on experience with ML, AI, or data-driven solutions.
- Bonus: degree in engineering, science, or business administration.
