- 3+ years of experience in 3D art, visualization, motion, or related digital design work.
- Strong foundation in 3D visual design and CGI production, with a portfolio demonstrating concept development, visual storytelling, and high-quality execution.
- Ability to take work from early concept through polished, production-ready output that guides downstream production.
- Proficiency in at least one major 3D workflow, such as Blender, Maya, or a similar platform, with experience in low poly modeling, texturing, and visualization workflows.
- Experience using post-production tools such as Nuke, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent software to create static 2D imagery, animation, and real-time 3D outputs.
- Strong visual judgment, collaboration skills, and an organized, self-directed approach to managing work, assets, and feedback.
What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

- Ability to create a wide range of visual outcomes, including realistic, stylized, emotional, and informative work.
