About the Role
The Sales Content Manager will define how Figma shows up in sales conversations across our most important markets, personas, and opportunities. Figma's sales motion is increasingly dynamic — more to sell, more personas to reach, and a product landscape that's evolving faster than ever. To meet that moment, we're building a new Sales Content & Solutions team dedicated to giving our sellers the messaging, materials, and frameworks they need to succeed. This role sits at the heart of that effort.
As the Sales Content Manager, you'll build and own content strategies that enable our global sales team to tell the Figma story, from first conversations with executives to late-stage deal materials. You'll be deeply embedded in how Figma goes to market, developing the narratives, frameworks, enablement, and assets that help sellers connect with buyers at every stage of the process. The outputs of your work will be felt across our entire sales organization and customer base.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact opportunity to build something from the ground up. You'll work closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and GTM Strategy to ensure Figma's sales content reflects our market position, our customers' reality, and the fast-moving product innovation happening across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop executive-level and customer-facing materials that reflect Figma's strategic vision and resonate with senior buyers.
- Build and own the content infrastructure for the global sales team, including pitch decks, ROI assessments, persona materials, sales play frameworks, customer story content, and more.
- Partner with Product Marketing to align sales content with product efforts and launches, ensuring the field has what they need to position both new and existing capabilities.
- Work closely with Sales Leadership to understand pipeline needs, deal dynamics, and content gaps across the sales process.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure new materials are effectively activated with the field, including in both onboarding and ongoing training programs.
- Establish intake and feedback loops between sales and marketing to keep content current and reflective of what's working in the field.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related field – with demonstrated experience developing sales content or go-to-market narratives.
- Proven success in positioning and messaging, product launch support, and sales enablement — with the ability to translate product and market dynamics into clear, value-selling narratives.
- A track record of building a range of customer-facing sales content: executive decks, one-pagers, persona-based materials, ROI/value materials, messaging frameworks, and sales plays.
- A genuine understanding of how deals progress, what sellers need at each stage, and experience supporting enterprise/strategic deal cycles.
- Strong cross-functional instincts, with the ability to synthesize input from sales, marketing, and product into cohesive content strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Command of the Message narrative framing.
- Familiarity with design, product development, or developer tools and workflows.
- Customer-facing experience (e.g., sales, customer success, consulting).
- Experience with Figma products.
