- Establish and govern the certified data sets program, ensuring data quality, lineage, documentation, and trust standards are met.
- Drive the organizational transformation to a data product mindset, embedding product management principles into how data is created, managed, and consumed.
AI Strategy & Innovation
- Shape and influence the AI strategy for Analytics & Data Science, identifying opportunities where AI/ML can enhance data products, automate insights, and drive business outcomes.
- Partner with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into data products and intelligence solutions.
- Stay current on emerging trends in AI, data management, and analytics to inform roadmap priorities and innovation initiatives.

- Own the product strategy for customer and corporate intelligence solutions, enabling stakeholders to understand customer behavior, health, engagement, and delivering actionable insights on business performance, operations, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure product telemetry insights are embedded into the workflows of go-to-market teams, enabling data-driven actions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Ensure intelligence products are aligned with business priorities, deliver measurable value to stakeholders, and that data product ROI is measured and effectively communicated to senior leadership.

- Serve as the primary product advocate for enterprise data products, educating stakeholders on capabilities, roadmaps, and value realization.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to understand data needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Translate complex data concepts into compelling narratives and recommendations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build strong relationships with data producers and consumers to drive adoption and feedback loops.
