Digital Product Manager
Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join their team. As a Digital Product Manager, you will be part of the Digital Product Management department supporting various teams involved in large-scale digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
What's the Job?
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Digital Product Management. Review and analyze multifaceted, large-scale, or long-term Digital Product Management challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Contribute to resolving complex situations by applying a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals. Leverage expertise to design, optimize, and troubleshoot end-to-end process flows using workflow management tools and applications.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience or demonstrated equivalent through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
- Knowledge of commercial banking lending processes, including loan lifecycle stages such as origination, underwriting, booking, servicing, and closeout.
- Experience with workflow management tools and applications, with the ability to design, optimize, and troubleshoot process flows.
- Familiarity with Credit Fulfillment modernization and migration projects.
- Understanding of commercial credit risk concepts, including risk ratings, exposure, collateral, and portfolio risk drivers.
