Job Overview
The Senior Product Manager, IT/OT Infrastructure Security owns the strategy, roadmap, and execution for enterprise-wide security platforms focused on threat & vulnerability management, endpoint security, scanning, reporting, and security visibility across IT, OT, and Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) environments. This role operates with high autonomy to modernize and scale foundational security capabilities globally while balancing operational resilience, regulatory requirements, and business priorities. You will lead a portfolio of products and programs that provide asset visibility, vulnerability intelligence, EDR capabilities, remediation tracking, executive reporting, and protection for enterprise and industrial environments. This role acts as a strategic partner to Engineering and Security leadership.
Responsibilities
- Vision & Roadmap: Define and maintain the long-term roadmap for Infrastructure Security platforms including TVM, EDR, scanning, reporting, asset visibility, and IT / OT / CPS security controls.
- Portfolio Ownership: Oversee products supporting vulnerability discovery, prioritization, remediation workflows, endpoint detection and response, executive dashboards, and control coverage measurement.
- Cross-Functional Strategy: Lead planning with Engineering, Security Operations, Infrastructure, Endpoint, OT teams, and Program Management to ensure scalable delivery aligned to risk priorities.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate business, compliance, and operational requirements into technical solutions while managing dependencies, urgent asks, and scope changes.
- Metrics & Reporting: Drive KPIs such as asset coverage, scan success rates, EDR deployment health, vulnerability aging, remediation velocity, risk reduction, and platform reliability.
- Product Advocacy: Represent the Infrastructure Security portfolio to leadership, clearly articulating risks, investment needs, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Experience Required
- 5–10+ years in technical product management, platform product management, or security product leadership with a track record of delivering enterprise platforms at scale.
- Strong expertise in vulnerability management, endpoint security, EDR, security scanning, reporting, asset inventory, and security operations across IT, OT, and CPS environments.
- Deep understanding of enterprise security tooling, integrations, data pipelines, and translating regulatory requirements into scalable controls.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and mentoring PMs in complex technical environments.
- Experience operating in large global enterprises where internal teams are the primary customers.
