About the role
About the Role
Endor Labs is seeking a high-impact Senior GTM Recruiter to lead and scale hiring across its go-to-market organization, with a specific focus on building the enterprise sales team (AEs, Sales Engineers, Sales Leadership) alongside Marketing, CS, Partnerships, RevOps, and Sales Development. This is a sourcing-first, full-ownership role where you will personally build candidate pipelines, manage searches from beginning to end, and compete for in-demand talent in a highly competitive market. We are looking for individuals who excel at sourcing, thrive in startup ambiguity, and possess the skills to attract passive candidates who have other opportunities. An ideal candidate will have agency experience in cybersecurity or high-growth tech, combined with in-house startup experience. This is a 6-month Contract-to-Hire position.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Full-Cycle Recruiting (Heavy Sourcing Emphasis): Own recruiting from initial intake to offer across technical and business functions.
- Pipeline Development: Build and nurture candidate pipelines using methods like LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox AI, and networking at events.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate directly with sales leadership to scale the enterprise sales organization, including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and sales leadership, as well as marketing, CS, and partnerships roles. Conduct effective kickoff meetings and serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, understanding business goals and product direction to anticipate future talent needs.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-touch, transparent, and thoughtful candidate journey from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Data-Driven Recruiting: Track pipeline health, funnel conversion, and sourcing effectiveness, providing insights to inform decision-making and process improvements.
- Competitive Talent Acquisition: Succeed in a hyper-competitive talent market by mapping competitors and niche pools, and crafting compelling outreach to attract passive candidates who are not actively looking and may already have offers.
- Process Improvement & Special Projects: Contribute to strategic talent initiatives, refining interviewing rubrics, scorecards, DEI sourcing approaches, and calibration processes.
What You Bring to the Table
- Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including time at an external agency supporting cybersecurity or software development companies, as well as in-house startup experience.
- Ability to own the entire GTM requisition load end-to-end, including intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview design, closing, and offer negotiation, operating with full autonomy and accountability.
- Strong sourcing skills, including building target lists, engaging passive talent, and crafting effective outreach messages.
- Proven track record of hiring enterprise/field sales talent in B2B SaaS, including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and sales leadership.
- Comfort operating in startup environments and quickly learning complex technical domains.
- Natural curiosity, resourcefulness, and enthusiasm for uncovering hard-to-find talent.
- Clear, confident communication skills to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
