Position Summary
The Operational Excellence (XSite) Manager serves as a strategic partner within the Quality department, responsible for the evolution of the company’s visual management & foundational program. Initiative that aims for Operational Excellence in regard to standardization, continuous improvement and people development in operations globally.
Key priorities for this position is the implementation of visual management at new and existing locations through utilizing the foundational elements of the company's program. The manager will also support sites through training of the responsibilities, providing clear direction and expectations, conducting annual audits at the sites and meeting regularly with all sites in order to ensure the sites goals are met.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- 5S and Visual Management Programs: Oversee training and development of the 5S Program, 5S Audits, Communication center standards, visual management within the program and rolling out guidelines per policy
- Content Transformation: Contribute to the development of interactive content, training videos, and gamification modules to move from high level instructions to engaging learning experiences for the foundational program.
- Site Support & Training: Serve as a point of contact for sites, training site leadership on the Visual Management program, management, and communicating on available metrics.
- Document Alignment: Coordinate with the Quality team and Document Control to manage updates, edits, and sustainability requirements for all forms and training materials related to X Site
- Compliance & Auditing: Conduct site audits for compliance with regional standards and to prepare sites for the next level.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and the creation of additional content as needed.
- Other duties as deemed necessary by manager
EDUCATION
Minimum B.S. , Quality Systems/ Visual Management Manager experience, or equivalent

- Computer Skills: Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Language Skills: Excellent communicator who understands how to explain difficult concepts in an understandable way. Excellent grammar and writing abilities.
- Soft Skills: Ability to communicate with varying audiences, from executive leadership to site-level associates.
- Project Management: Must be able to orchestrate multiple content projects simultaneously and prioritize based on rapid site growth.

Compensation & Benefits
For this position, the expected base pay range is $90,000.00 – $100,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
