As a Product Manager on the Navigator Data Onboarding team at Docusign, you will contribute to the strategy and execution of one of our highest priority product initiatives: expanding how enterprise customers bring their agreements into Navigator, Docusign’s intelligent agreement management platform. You will collaborate closely with experienced Product, Engineering, and Design team members, as well as cross-functional partners in Sales, Customer Success, and Data Science, to define the next generation of seamless document integration for enterprise customers. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Management.Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design to brainstorm, scope, and prioritize high-impact features that unlock customer value.
- Evaluate industry best practices for bulk data migration and automated document categorization to inform our long-term product roadmap.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs regarding bringing data into Docusign.
- Develop and drive execution of prioritized product requirements in partnership with Engineering and Design.
Job Designation
This is a Hybrid role, requiring employees to divide their time between in-office and remote work, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. Access to an office location is required. Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. **Basic**- Customer-first mindset and a relentless bar for product quality.
- 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS, platform, or integration-focused roles.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience driving complex projects across a large organization with multiple stakeholders across various business units.
- Strong technical background, with the ability to engage in design discussions with engineering on topics like API design, data modeling, embedded components, and integration architecture.
- Excellent executive presence, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience building and gaining buy-in for new product capabilities.
- A bias toward building scalable capabilities and a disciplined focus on execution.

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
