Creative Director Art - Temporary Worker
Dentsu Creative is seeking a TEMPORARY Creative Director (ART) to lead brands, mentor associates, and manage projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, TV expertise, and excellent collaboration and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be US-based and may work in a hybrid or remote capacity.

Role Purpose and Responsibilities
- Develop innovative creative solutions across various platforms including video, still, OOH, print, social, and experiential activations.
- Ensure creative work meets and exceeds client goals and strategic objectives.
- Participate in the entire creative process, from ideation to final product, upholding quality and style standards.
- Work collaboratively across all levels of a campaign, demonstrating a willingness to contribute wherever needed.
- Partner with cross-departmental teams such as Producers, Designers, Strategy, and Account management to finalize deliverables.
- Strategically enhance the creative integrity of campaigns and guide teams in conceptual thinking and execution.
Person Specification
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in an agency setting.
- Strong conceptual skills with significant TV production experience.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively, especially under tight deadlines.
