About the role
Office Manager
Copart is seeking an Office Manager to join our Operations Team and contribute to our ongoing growth. This role is based at our York Operation Centre in Stamford Bridge, York.
Key Responsibilities
The Office Manager will lead and coach the office team to ensure Company and customer expectations are met. This pivotal role supports the business's success by taking accountability for and ensuring the delivery of:
- People Leadership: Recruiting, inducting, coaching, and developing the yard team for success and growth.
- Drive Operational Service: Ensuring the day-to-day yard operations align with service level agreements, with support from the Office Supervisor.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Fostering a culture of challenging the norm and looking forward to improving operations.
- Cross-functional Working: Actively building relationships across the Operation Centre and wider business to ensure support and maintain performance.

- Customer service focused (both internal and external customers).
- Positive, can-do attitude – motivating and engaging teammates to succeed.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.
