About the Role
Join Cisco's Silicon Operations Team as an NPI Product Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) for innovative Cisco Silicon One™ products. You will be at the forefront of next-generation network technology within a dynamic, customer-focused supply chain organization. As a key member of the Silicon Manufacturing Operations (SMO) team, you will own a product family end-to-end, ensuring seamless supply chain execution from customer demand to product delivery.Your Impact
- Production Readiness: Ensure core operational checklists are completed to support high-volume manufacturability for new products transitioning from concept to production release.
- Demand & Supply Alignment: Translate customer demand for prototypes, pilots, and production ramps into actionable resource requirements, including raw materials, capacity enablement, and manufacturing schedules.
- Order Management: Manage supply allocation and sales orders, assigning Schedule Ship Dates (SSD) for new orders and revisions.
- Managing Planning Parameters: Proactively analyze and manage system lead times and yields, communicating updates weekly to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Internal Customer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely responses (within 24 hours) and understanding customer demand to translate into resource requirements.
- Materials Management: Oversee the procurement of materials and purchase order (PO) timing against schedules.
- Manufacturing Execution: Issue assembly build instructions in collaboration with Assembly Engineering (ASY ENG), manage assembly loading schedules and priorities, and manage testing instructions and schedules with Test Engineering.
- Fulfillment Oversight: Create weekly assembly loading plans based on committed ship plans and proactively monitor fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Develop and maintain a rolling 6-month ship plan.
