Automotive Sales Manager

Capital Ford of Charlotte is looking for a high-energy Sales Manager / Desk Manager who brings passion, accountability, and a servant-leadership mindset to the showroom floor. This isn't a position for someone who simply wants to desk deals. What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Consultants
- Desk deals and structure transactions to maximize profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Drive accountability around lead management, appointments, follow-up, and CRM activity
- Partner with F&I and dealership leadership to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Monitor key performance metrics and create action plans for improvement
- Assist with inventory management, appraisals, and merchandising strategies
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture built on teamwork and respect
- Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent
What We're Looking For:
- Previous Automotive Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or high-performing Sales Manager experience
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people
- Proven track record of driving sales volume and profitability
