We’re seeking a Product Analyst to support the development of products that address customer needs and drive market differentiation. In this role, you will identify customer needs, assess market opportunities, and evaluate the competitive landscape by analyzing current and future product lines, specifications, and requirements. You will also assess new product ideas and recommend product enhancements.
The Product Analyst supports new product launches by evaluating proposed requirements and development programs, preparing return-on-investment analyses, and establishing timelines in partnership with development and service delivery teams. This role also collaborates with Marketing to support product launches and go-to-market efforts by developing integrated plans across sales, advertising, and production. In addition, you will help determine product pricing and support operational requirements.
Responsibilities
- Applies a theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieves goals through own work.
- Characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education.
- May provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise.
- Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression.
- Develops competence by performing structured work assignments.
- Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
- Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years experience as a Product Analyst or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodology.
- Experience writing business requirements/use cases/user stories, conducting user acceptance testing, and communicating project status.
- Prior experience working in Financial Services Industry preferred.
- Experience working with digital communications tools (such as secure messaging platforms, reporting dashboards, or notification systems) a plus.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a strong track record of cross-team and cross-client team participation.
- An energetic, positive, and innovative attitude, with leadership and facilitation skills to bring products and projects to a successful delivery.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is between $70,000 - $80,000.Bonus Eligible
