About the role
Senior Product Developer - Diversified Business
In this role, you will lead small to medium-scale, enterprise-wide Product Development initiatives. You will act as a thought leader for idea generation, carrying through to product design, requirements definition, execution, and market launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise Diversified Business Group leadership on current and future product and program strategies.
- Collaborate to build coalitions, support, and drive action with internal and external partners across subsidiary companies.
- Lead the development and refinement of strategic plans and complex, highly-visible initiatives to positively impact market offers in the TPA and Care Delivery space.
- Be accountable for complex planning involved in longer-term strategies focused on evolving towards a health solutions company and pushing the boundaries of value delivery.
- Lead product idea development from inception through market launch.
- Contribute to the commercial success of product initiatives by owning key components like business case development, design, and go-to-market execution.
- Evaluate product opportunities and external vendor partnerships for impact on sales and profitability.
- Develop proofs of concept, business cases, product designs, business requirements, program management models, and functional specifications.
- Present product and program designs and business cases across multiple organizational levels and the Diversified Business Group’s portfolio to secure approval, resources, budget, and stakeholder buy-in.
- Collaborate with actuarial resources to define pricing strategy and gain leadership alignment.
- Partner with marketing and sales leadership to define go-to-market strategy and launch plans.
- Update product documentation to reflect changes.
- Review and approve marketing materials, training content, technical specifications, and testing plans/results.
- Develop and maintain expertise in competitive products and broader market dynamics.
- Serve as a product and program resource across the enterprise.
- Prepare projections, analyze operational impacts, and identify actions to manage and enhance product lines.
- Collaborate within a dynamic team on highly visible, high-impact initiatives that drive value.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge across domains, including payer operations, care delivery, and emerging industry trends.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
- 5+ years of experience in a related field. In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field.

Where You’ll Work
Our Hybrid Flex approach offers flexibility with intentional in-person connection. In a Hybrid-Flex role, you’ll work in the office at least two days a week. In a Remote Flex role, you’ll work virtually with occasional in-office visits. Onsite expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
