Project Coordinator - BlackRock Resources LLC
BlackRock Resources LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support contract administration, vendor onboarding, and project execution activities in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as a key liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring contracts, documentation, and project-related processes are managed efficiently and accurately. The role is a contract position located in Houston, TX, and requires on-site work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, work orders, purchase orders, change orders, and related agreements.
- Review, track, and maintain contract documentation to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and project objectives.
- Coordinate document reviews and redlines between vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate vendor onboarding activities, ensuring required forms, documentation, and compliance requirements are completed.
- Support KYC and due diligence processes as required.
- Track Certificates of Insurance (COI) and verify vendor compliance with company standards.
- Create and manage work orders and purchase orders while monitoring status, delivery timelines, and service completion.
- Partner with procurement, legal, finance, accounting, tax, and project teams to resolve contract, invoice, and documentation issues.
- Maintain centralized contract and project records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and enhance overall contract administration efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in contract administration, vendor management, legal support, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with contract management platforms and electronic signature tools such as Monday.com and DocuSign.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with vendor onboarding, COI tracking, and Procure-to-Pay processes is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field preferred.
