Join us as our Employee Experience & Office Manager and play a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience at Axon’s Seattle office. As the ultimate go-to person, you’ll keep our workspace running smoothly for a thriving team, ensuring everything from daily operations to front-desk interactions reflects Axon’s mission to Protect Life. You’ll help foster an environment that’s efficient, welcoming, and unmistakably Axon—where culture, connection, and care show up in every detail.What You’ll Do
- Location: Onsite 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) in our downtown Seattle, WA office.
- Reports to: Manager, Global Employee Experience
- Front Desk Ambassador – Be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and partners, greeting everyone with warmth and ensuring they feel Axon’s culture the moment they arrive.
- Supply the Squad – Keep the office fully stocked and running smoothly, from everyday essentials to snacks that fuel the team.
- Event Extraordinaire – Bring Axon culture to life by planning and executing office events, celebrations, and team gatherings that connect people and celebrate milestones.
- Onboarding Dynamo – Welcome new team members and ensure they have a seamless, positive first experience in the Seattle office.
- Keep It Compliant – Partner with HR to maintain Axon standards and support a safe, secure, and engaging workplace.
- Budget Champion – Manage the office budget, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and responsible spending.
- Collaborate and Connect – Work cross-functionally to align the Seattle office experience with Axon’s goals, values, and broader workplace initiatives.
- Vendor & Property Relations Specialist – Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and service providers, including managing contracts and negotiating pricing to keep the office operating at its best.
- Space Planning Partner – Keep our office flowing and future ready by coordinating seating plans, room usage, and layout changes that support how teams actually work, not how a spreadsheet says they should.
What You Bring
- Experience in Office Management or a similar role where you successfully balanced multiple priorities.
- A passion for creating an exceptional workplace experience aligned with Axon’s mission and values.
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and comfort with standard office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm, focused, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and collaborative.
- A creative mindset with a continuous-improvement approach to the employee experience.
- Experience planning and executing events that build community and leave a lasting impression.
