Home Health RN - Part Time Opportunity
Axess Health Solutions is a family-owned and operated, private in-home care provider seeking passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for part-time positions in the Metro Atlanta Area. We offer higher pay rates, no training required, paid orientation, flexible schedules, and paid mileage ($0.72/mile) plus a car stipend. We specialize in private duty & GA Medicaid approved skilled and unskilled nursing care for senior and pediatric clients with various needs.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Axess Health Solutions, you will be a pivotal part of the patient care team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, providing a positive and supportive environment for clients who may have physical limitations, intellectual limitations, or require assistance due to aging or illness. You will often serve as the intermediary between the client, their family, and our office team, ensuring duties align with your nursing license.
Responsibilities
- Complete Care Plans & Assessments
- Conduct regular fidelity checks/Home Supervisory Visits (HSVs)
- Provide hands-on care
- Offer teaching and coaching to clients and caregivers
- Supervise care as needed
- Commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week

Position Requirements
- Valid RN License
- Clear/Negative TB Test
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
- Pass National Background Check/Drug Screen
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Complete new/existing client assessments
- Complete fidelity checks/home supervisory visits
- Provide hands-on care
- Experience with refugee populations is helpful (Arabic/Rohingya/Hindi using translators)
- Teach caregivers and families care management strategies
Schedule and Work Location
This is an in-person role with flexibility required for scheduling due to the nature of the job and frequent changes in client needs. Positions are available in Fairburn, Gainesville, Dacula, Clarkston, Buford, Braselton, Dallas, and Clermont.
