Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
- Communication: Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
- Metrics Mindedness: Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
- Process Orientation: Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
- Parts Sales & Inventory Management: Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
- Commercial Account Support: Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
