National Project Manager of Construction Services
The National Project Manager of Construction Services at ATI Restoration, LLC is responsible for effectively supervising carpentry and structural work in the remodeling of residential, industrial, and commercial buildings. This role requires hands-on involvement in various construction activities and oversight of both in-house crews and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising carpentry and structural work in remodeling projects.
- Reading plans and instructions for construction tasks.
- Performing finish carpentry, framing, and installing moldings, doors, and windows.
- Installing fixtures, hardware, cabinets, and appliances.
- Using hand and power tools for various construction needs.
- Checking the accuracy and quality of completed work.

- Performing shoring erection, repairs to patios, decks, doors, and cabinets.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous superintendent experience is required.
- Knowledge of remodeling is essential.
- Insurance restoration repairs experience is preferred.

- Proficiency in other trades (electrical, masonry, finish carpentry, painting) is a plus.
