What You'll Do
- Review career-related questions from rehabilitation and therapy professionals across different career stages
- Write high-quality "golden answers" grounded in real clinical experience and expert-level career insight
- Develop objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career guidance for accuracy and practical value
- Identify AI recommendations that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unrealistic
- Draw on your understanding of Arizona's healthcare landscape, licensing requirements, and regional career pathways
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Licensed or experienced Rehabilitation Therapist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or related professional
- Solid understanding of healthcare career progression, clinical licensing (including Arizona requirements), and professional development
- Experience mentoring students, clinical affiliates, or junior clinicians is a strong plus
- Strong written communication skills — able to give clear, practical, and actionable career guidance
