Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage project resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Oversee projects from start-up through closeout, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
- Review contracts, drawings, and project scope; resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Conduct site visits and meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Manage change orders, estimates, and project documentation (submittals, samples, safety info).
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and performance growth.
- Monitor project costs, prepare billing forecasts, and work with finance to adjust budgets.
- Ensure timely project closeout, including punch list completion and warranty documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 year of project management experience in the construction industry
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and construction management software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel to job sites
