Overview
The Software Engineer builds and supports backend application functionality for the Marketing Technology team, contributing to services, APIs, integrations, and internal platform improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain backend application features and service logic for Marketing Technology products and platforms.
- Build and support APIs, data flows, and service integrations used by web and internal applications.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code review, testing, and debugging across environments.
- Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and backend teammates to deliver features end to end.
- Help improve system reliability, documentation, and deployment quality as part of the team’s normal engineering workflow.
- Support production troubleshooting and continuous improvement of development practices and tooling.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in backend or full-stack product development.
- Experience with one or more modern programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or Go.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, cloud environments, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong collaboration skills, curiosity, and a practical problem-solving mindset.
