The Role: SAP Delivery Excellence Manager
As a SAP Delivery Excellence Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting SAP transformation programs for mid-market clients. You will bring a problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your role involves digging into complex challenges, analyzing information, and developing solutions with a focus on improving efficiency and quality through new tools, automation, data, and GenAI-enabled capabilities. You will stay current with SAP trends and delivery best practices, translating guidance into high-quality deliverables and contributing to meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project leaders in establishing and improving ways of working, tools, and governance processes.
- Assist team leads by preparing materials, documenting decisions, tracking actions, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Build strong relationships with client counterparts and help them adopt leading practices.
- Identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies, supporting mitigation efforts.
- Maintain detailed plans, trackers, and documentation for workstream alignment.
- Contribute to building team assets, playbooks, and knowledge capital.
- Continuously develop your own SAP and delivery skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years proven experience as a SAP Project Management/Delivery Excellence Manager.
- Hands-on experience with relevant technologies and responsibilities in a Delivery Lead role.
- Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture.
- Minimum of 4 years experience supporting mid-market clients and projects.
- Experience supporting an industry-specific client (Products, Resources, and CMT preferred).
- Prior experience with the S/4 Private Cloud product.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Brownfield.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience); or Associate's Degree with equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
Travel Requirements:
Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0 to 100% based on business and client needs.
