About this role
As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) sessions to children with autism and other developmental challenges. Your responsibilities include maintaining supervision of clients, implementing behavior intervention techniques, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and tracking session data. What you need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation, Monday–Friday, with full 8:00 AM–5:00 PM availability
- Comfort working independently in direct care settings
- Physical stamina to stay alert and responsive through full therapy sessions, including during high-energy or challenging moments
Nice to have
- BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR certification
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- RBT certification or completed 40-hour RBT training
