What you need
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or similar discipline from an accredited college or university
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois
- 10+ years’ experience working with Chicago DOT, IDOT, Illinois Tollway, or comparable transportation agencies
- Proven ability to lead successful teams, internally and externally
- Proven ability to build effective business relationships

- Transportation design and constructability review experience
- Experience on transit and/or utility projects
