About this role

As a Residential Counselor I/II at WellPower, you will support individuals with severe mental illness in their daily activities and recovery processes. Your responsibilities include facilitating group therapy, managing intakes and discharges, monitoring medications, and providing supportive counseling. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to create a safe and therapeutic environment for consumers.

What you need

Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, human services, or related field for RC I; Bachelor's Degree for RC II
One year of mental health experience or in related field preferred
Certifications: QMAP, CPR & First Aid
Ability to perform household tasks and respond to emergencies
Shift work and/or weekend work required

Nice to have

Certified Nurse’s Aid (C.N.A.) or Home Health Aid (HHA) Certification preferred

RCII: 30.12/hr
Float: $2.00/hr
AON: $3/hr
