About this role
As a Clinical Case Manager I/II at WellPower, you will provide comprehensive psychological and behavioral case management services to individuals involved in the criminal justice system who have behavioral health needs. What you need
- Bachelor's (for CM I) or Master's (for CM II) Degree in psychology, social work, or related human services degree
- One year experience in mental health or human services preferred
- Valid Colorado Driver’s license
- Recent clean driving record
- Ability to transport clients in your vehicle
- Ability to obtain and carry Business Use coverage on your auto policy

- Knowledge or ability to learn trauma-informed principles
- Knowledge of methods of psychotherapy
- Knowledge of community resources
- Familiarity with the DSM-V and diagnostic techniques
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- CM II - $31.25/hr. - $65,000 annually
- Language Differential - $1/hr - $2.50/hr for bilingual proficiency in Spanish & ASL
