What you need
- Minimum of 4 years trade related experience
- At least 1 year of hands on apartment maintenance lead, assistant or supervisory experience
- Strong working knowledge of building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance and carpentry
- EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I and II or Universal)
- Hands on HVAC repair experience
- Computer skills to manage work orders and communicate via email
