What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering or related qualification
- 5+ years of work experience in a warehouse management role
- Experience leading a security function and a facility/maintenance team
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety, HazMat protocols and environmental compliance
- Experience running PIT programs: daily safety checks, preventative maintenance, and operator training and certification
- Facility services experience across security, fire, janitorial and equipment maintenance
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of ammonia refrigeration and/or glycol cooler systems
- HazMat Responder certification
- OSHA or Food Safety certification
- Six Sigma (Green Belt) or project management certification
